Jacob turned 9 on June 20th. It is hard to believe how fast these little ones grow up. It is even harder to believe how much more expensive the presents they want get! 🙂 We don’t do parties every year and this was his off year. Instead Seth took him and buddy down to the golfing range and then to lunch. We later had cupcakes at the house and opened presents. He scored a sweet Lebron James jersey (had to be stitched and authentic of course), a baseball bag, and a webkinz. He was so excited. It is nice to see a kid be so appreciative of the gifts he gets…he actually cried (gets that from me I’m afraid). He also got other fun gifts from relatives and friends as well.
My little boy isn’t so little any more. He has turned into quite a responsible guy. We love him so much! Happy 9th Jacob!
It is tradition to make a sign for their chair each year. The girls did this one for Jacob.
