After many sleepless nights and much debating, worrying, and calculating we have decided to put our home up for sale. The decision certainly did not come easy. We have a wonderful home in a spectacular neighborhood so this was very difficult for us to do.
We are finding that as our family is growing we are beginning to outgrow our current home. At this point we are going to be very aggressive with our price and if it sells then I guess we’ll begin serious house hunting. If it does not, we will continue to live here. Either way, we aren’t going to stress it too much. With the larger homes going down in price we feel this might be a good chance to get a little bigger home for a not so big price so here we go. Wish us luck!
By the way, if you have anyone looking for a nice 2600 sq. foot rambler (5 bdrm, 3 bath) in a great location have them swing by and take a look. Or you can simply give them our flyer.

Your flyer looks awesome! Makes me wish we could buy your house. I had no idea you had a home theater or the cool mud room. I should’ve been more snoopy and nosed around the house a little more!
