Summer golf lessons

Great-Grandpa Cryer started doing golf clinics two times each week for all of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Jacob and Megan especially learned a lot from Grandpa Cryer, who is a former golf instructor while he was a professor at BYU.

We had our final event of the summer at Greg and Emily’s house, which was great becuase they have more than enough lawn for all of us. Grandpa set up a nine-hole course for us to play, and he even gave prizes out at the end for the winners.

Jacob and Megan really improved over the summer thanks to Grandpa’s expert instruction. We all enjoyed hanging out at the golf clinics and spending more time with our extended family. I think everyone had a good time learning the finer points of the game from the world’s best great-grandpa.
