Reviewing Twenty Ten

I did this same thing for 2008 and 2009, so it just wouldn’t be right if I forget about 2010. Here is my annual year-in-review post highlighting some of the best posts from this last year:

January 2010: Not a whole lot of activity here on the blog because we were very busy packing up to move into our new home.

February 2010: Our new home post was one of the most popular posts of the year. Funny to see how much things have already changed in our home in just the first year.

March 2010: A month of health issues: first I performed a transplant, Drew got staples, and our (now former) doctor thought Ellie had a life-altering disease (he was wrong).

April 2010: Jacob won the school spelling bee as a fourth-grader. Manina had a weekend away with the girls.

May 2010: Our Moab trip with Spencer and Rachel turned out to be our best vacation of the year.

June 2010: Summer activities galore, and lots of time in the great outdoors. First, a Johnson family camp out and also a visit by MamaBear.

July 2010: A month-long party involving Independence Day parades and cooling off at water parks.

August 2010: Some individual accomplishments: Claire learned to ride a bike, and Megan dominated swim team, and Manina and I snuck away to St. George without all the kids.

September 2010: Megan’s special day pretty much overshadowed everything else this month.

October 2010: Our busiest month of posts started off with a classic: Drew doesn’t like V8. Also mixed in there was a tough lesson about scissors, more academic achievements for Jacob, and the obligatory Halloween post.

November 2010: Birthdays for Katelyn and Ellie, and MightyJohnsons on the road (sorta)!

December 2010: Like July, a full month of festivities all culminating in Christmas morning.

2010 has been a great year for our family. We look forward to many more MightyJohnson adventures in 2011, and wish all our readers (Hi, Gary!) a happy new year.
