Farewell 2009

Happy New Year, everyone! MightyJohnsons.com is now officially two years old, and we’ve documented some great (and some not so great) moments. As we did last year, we now look back at our favorite articles of the year.

January 2009: nothing is better than coming in from the cold to have some super soup.

February 2009: Katelyn having way too much fun with the computer.

March 2009: Manina has a tough job being a mom, but she made it even harder on herself when she tried serving tofu for dinner one night.

April 2009: I didn’t win the 2009 Male Model of the Year, but you can’t say I didn’t try my best. I was robbed.

May 2009: We announced that we’re expecting our sixth child, and confirm that we are crazy. It was the most popular post of the year.

June 2009: It was a wet and rainy June, so I was out on my bike during any break in the weather. Problem was, so were the animals.

July 2009: The busiest month of the year, and maybe the most stressful as we finally sold our house.

August 2009: I completed a 111 mile bike ride around Utah Lake and it was surprisingly cold and windy.

September 2009: We timed the fall colors just right and had a great afternoon up in the mountains.

October 2009: My Grandma Pat passed away, but we managed to make some of her famous grape juice.

November 2009: We officially welcomed Ellie into our family. Six kids! Wow.

December 2009: We had a great Christmas in 2009, it was a great way to wrap up a fantastic year.
