We began our Fourth of July festivities by attending the Riverton Parade. It is an annual tradition that we do with all of the Johnson family. The kids LOVE it! They get to load up on salt water taffy, enough to last us through Christmas!
Next we went back to G’ma and G’pas house for a cookout and fireworks. The kids had a blast as always and G’pa lit up the sky with all of his fireworks.
On the actual Fourth of July we have a tradition of riding our bikes to breakfast. This year the kids wanted donuts from Ridleys and Seth and I got smoothies from Roxberry. After returning from breakfast, we packed up and headed to the pool for the afternoon.
What a great weekend filled with lots of fun family memories!
