Ellie’s best friend

Ellie is my sixth child and never before have I had a baby attached to a blanket or stuffed animal quite like this girl. She absolutely LOVES her kitty. As a matter fact, she is obsessed with it. She won’t sleep without it and if she finds anyone holding it, she just screams. The kitty is practically as big as she is, but that doesn’t keep her from toting it around.

As she prepares to go to bed she likes to lay her head on it and pull the tail around to her face and hold it in her hand while sucking her thumb. I am sure someday I will regret this habit but for now I can’t help but to think it is really cute!
